MSP Steel & Power Limited has scheduled a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Friday, 31st July 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company.
The Board will consider the following matters:
- The Board will consider and approve the Limited Review Report for the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
- Any other business with permission of the Chairman.
In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities has been closed from Wednesday, 1st July 2026. The trading window shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
