MSTC Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company received Order No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated 06.08.2026 from the BLA cell of Ministry of Steel, Government of India, appointing Ms. Santosh, Statistical Adviser, Ministry of Steel as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited.
The appointment is effective immediately and will continue until further orders. Ms. Santosh replaces Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta, Ex-Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel (DIN: 11152018), who ceases to be Director of the Company with effect from 6th August 2026.
Ms. Santosh's appointment will be effective from the date of allotment of her Director Identification Number (DIN). The disclosure confirms that Ms. Santosh is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority.
The company has stated that further details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be informed in due course.
