  • Shri Manobendra Ghoshal, Chairman & Managing Director of MSTC Limited, has been assigned additional charge of the post of Director (Commercial).
  • The additional charge is effective from 01st November, 2026 to 31st January, 2027 (initial period of 03 months).
  • The assignment is made by the Board Level Appointment Cell of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide order no. S-14018/1/2025-BLA-Part(1) dated 28.10.2026.
  • The additional charge will continue until the earliest of: (a) completion of the initial 3-month period, (b) appointment and joining of the regular incumbent, or (c) until further orders.
  • The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
