MTAR Technologies Receives ₹467.30 Crore Purchase Orders

MTAR Technologies disclosed receipt of international purchase orders worth ₹467.30 Crores (USD 48.68 million) from an existing customer.
The orders are to be executed in two equal parts by March 20, 2027, and June 20, 2027, respectively.
The company confirmed the orders are not from a related party and that promoters have no interest in the entity awarding the contracts.
Disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30, confirming it is a continuation of regular business.
