MTNL executed a Deed of Assignment of Leasehold Property with NABARD on March 30, 2026.
The property is GN Block BKC Quarters (28 units), plot area 2680 sqm, built-up area 4021.43 sqm, Mumbai.
NABARD paid full consideration of ₹350.72 crore for the unexpired balance of the lease term.
