MTNL has made a regulatory disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, specifically Regulations 30 and 51, regarding changes in senior management personnel.
Management Change Details:
- Shri Raghvendra Gupta has ceased to hold the office of Chief General Manager (CGM), MTNL Delhi and PGM(D&EB)/PGM(O&WS) MTNL Delhi.
- The cessation is effective from June 30, 2026 (A/N) due to attaining the age of superannuation.
Interim Arrangement:
- Ms. Kiran Dubey, currently holding the position of GM (South) MTNL Delhi, will look after the charge of Chief General Manager (CGM), MTNL Delhi and PGM(D&EB)/PGM(O&WS) MTNL Delhi.
- This additional charge is effective immediately and will continue until further orders.
- Ms. Dubey will perform these additional duties without any extra remuneration, in the interest of service, while continuing her existing responsibilities.

- The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, specifically Regulations 30 and 51.
