MTNL CMD Additional Charge Extended 3 Months

MTNL discloses a regulatory filing regarding the extension of additional charge for its Chairman & Managing Director position.
Shri A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD of BSNL, has his additional charge of MTNL CMD extended for three months from April 15, 2026.
The extension is interim and subject to final approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
The official will not receive any additional remuneration for holding this additional charge.
