Mukand Limited executed two Deeds of Conveyance on March 27, 2026 for sale of land at village Dighe, Thane for aggregate consideration of ₹555.35 crore.
After adjusting ₹110 crore advance received earlier, Mukand received balance consideration of ₹445.35 crore from purchaser AGP DC Infra Private Limited.
Sale of residual Kalwa land (~3.07 acres) for ₹110.83 crore remains pending, subject to sub-division order from relevant authority.
Transaction is not a related party transaction; purchaser does not belong to promoter/promoter group, and operations of the company are unaffected.
