Mukka Proteins Acquires HMPPL as Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Mukka Proteins Limited completed acquisition of 2,000 equity shares of Haris Marine Products Private Limited for Rs. 19,64,000 in cash.
Post-acquisition, Haris Marine Products Private Limited became a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Mukka Proteins Limited w.e.f. 30th March 2026.
HMPPL is a fish meal and fish oil manufacturer; FY25 turnover was Nil with PAT of Rs. 2,24,01,700, incorporated in October 2019.
The acquisition is a related party transaction done at arm's length, with no regulatory approvals required, per SEBI Regulation 30.
