Board of Directors of Music Broadcast Limited, at its meeting held on July 22, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the identification and designation of:

• Ms. Anurita Patel as Senior Management Personnel
• Ms. Milli Shah as Senior Management Personnel

This designation is made pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, effective from July 22, 2026.

Employment Details

Both designations involve existing full-time employees of the Company. There is no change in the terms and conditions of employment for either individual.
