Music Broadcast Limited reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and CSR Committees effective April 27, 2026.
New members Anita Nayyar and Divya Karani were inducted into the Audit and NRC committees respectively.
The changes were approved by the Board and disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30).
