Muthoot Capital Services Limited completed a securitization transaction on May 29, 2026.
The company raised ₹99,71,34,589 (Rupees Ninety-Nine Crores Seventy-One Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Nine only) through this transaction.
The funds were raised in two tranches by assignment of Two-Wheeler Loans receivables.
The total value of assigned receivables aggregated to ₹1,06,07,81,478 (Rupees One Hundred and Six Crores Seven Lakhs Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Eight only).
This represents the company's first securitization transaction during FY 2026-27.
The entire pool consists of non-priority sector loans.
The transaction was conducted following guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India.
