The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Muthoot Finance Limited will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 03.30 P.M. (IST).
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of members, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations.
Book Closure Period
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for the Annual Book Closure from August 24, 2026, to August 31, 2026 (both days inclusive).
