He has a proven track record of building & managing highly successful businesses within the Group, driving operational excellence and managing technological disruption. As a Whole-Time Director, he has led the Company's operations across North, East and West India and played a pivotal role in expanding the branch network, strengthening customer reach and driving business growth across these markets. He spearheaded several transformation initiatives across technology, digital banking, customer experience, marketing, brand building, operational excellence and people development.

Profile: Mr. George Alexander Muthoot is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and was ranked 20th overall in India. He has a bachelor's degree in commerce from Kerala University where he was a rank holder and gold medalist. He was awarded the Times of India group Business Excellence Award in customized Financial Services in March 2009 and the CA Business Leader Award under Financial Services Sector from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for 2013. He served as Chairman of the Kerala Non-banking Finance Companies Welfare Association (2004-2007) and Chairman of Finance Companies Association, Chennai. He is a founder member of the Indus Entrepreneurs International, Kochi Chapter and now serves on its Core Committee. He has over four decades of experience in managing financial services businesses with strengths in financial engineering, corporate governance, digital transformation, FinTech integration, and risk management.
