Portfolio Diversification
- JLG and Non-JLG mix improved to 69:31 as of September 30, 2026 from 83:17 as of March 31, 2026
- Small and Micro Enterprise Individual Loan (IL) portfolio increased to Rs. 4,164 crore
- IL portfolio maintains near-zero delinquency
- Disbursed gold loans under referral and co-lending model with parent company Muthoot Fincorp Limited
- Muthoot Fincorp Limited disbursed Rs. 453 crore during the quarter
- Further strengthens secured lending portfolio

- Disbursements during Q2 FY27 stood at Rs. 2,900 crore
- Registered 28% YoY growth over Q2 FY26

Asset Quality
- Collection Efficiency (CE) stood at 98.11% in Q2 FY27
- Improved by 477 bps over Q2 FY26
- X-Bucket CE excluding advances stood at 99.9%
- Reflects sustained collection discipline and portfolio resilience
Funds Raised
- Maintained robust liquidity of Rs. 1,701 crore as of September 30, 2026
- Unavailed sanctioned credit lines amounting to Rs. 4,328 crore
- Provides adequate financial flexibility to support future business growth
- Raised total of Rs. 3,213 crore during Q2 FY27
- Overall borrowing for the half year reached Rs. 5,946 crore
- Cost of funds declined to 9.93% during the quarter (entering single-digit territory for the first time)
- Reduction of 20 bps from 10.13% in previous quarter
- Incremental cost of funds stood at 9.69% vs 9.80% in Q1 FY27, improving 11 bps QoQ
Network and Customer Franchise
- Operated 1,675 branches as of September 30, 2026
- Served 32 lakh active customers
- Strengthened presence across existing and recently entered markets including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Assam
- Leveraging branch network to support diversified product offerings
Digital Initiatives
- Cumulative downloads of Mahila Mitra app reached 22 lakhs
- Digital collections increased to 47% in Q2 FY27 from 25% in Q2 FY26 and 40% in Q1 FY26
- Reflects continued adoption of digital payment channels and enhanced customer engagement
