Meeting Proceedings

The meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:25 p.m. The Chairperson confirmed requisite quorum was present. The statutory registers and documents were kept open for electronic inspection. Directors, key managerial personnel, Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditors and Scrutinizer were present.

The Chairperson briefed members about business operations and financial performance during the year before proceeding with the meeting agenda.

Voting Process

The Company provided e-voting facility in compliance with Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR Regulations, Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

Remote e-voting period: Commenced on 8th August, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and ended on 10th August, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Shri Martinho Ferrao was appointed as Scrutinizer to supervise the e-voting process. Members present at AGM who hadn't voted electronically were provided opportunity to cast votes during the AGM and for 15 minutes after conclusion.
