Mysore Petro Chemicals Board Meeting for Q1 FY27 Results

The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on 10th August, 2026. The primary purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed for all designated persons from 1st July, 2026 to 12th August, 2026 (both days inclusive). The trading window is scheduled to re-open on 13th August, 2026.
