The Board of Directors of Naapbooks Limited has scheduled a meeting to be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The agenda for the meeting includes:
- To review, consider, and approve the Consolidated and Standalone Audited Financial Results of the company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026.
- To consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors, Employees, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), and Designated Persons of the company was closed. The closure became effective from April 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
