The agenda includes consideration and taking on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), along with other matters.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Additionally, the company has implemented a trading window closure in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019. The trading window for all directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives was closed effective July 1, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This trading window closure was previously communicated to BSE via letter dated June 24, 2026.
