Nahar Spinning Mills Limited has changed its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) from "L17115PB1980PLC004341" to "L13111PB1980PLC004341".

The change was effected pursuant to the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, which was approved by the Members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026.
