Nakoda Group Signs NOCTRL Water Co-Packing Deal

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited entered a co-packing agreement with Rudransh Beverages Pvt Ltd for packaged drinking water.
The agreement covers manufacturing, supply, and co-packing of packaged drinking water under the brand name 'NOCTRL'.
The deal is domestic, not a related-party transaction, and expands Nakoda's product range into the packaged water segment.
Board authorized Whole Time Director Jayesh Choudhary (DIN: 02426233) to execute the agreement on 23rd March 2026.
