NALCO Appoints Dr Veena Kumari Dermal Director

National Aluminium Company appoints Dr Veena Kumari Dermal as Part-time Official Director effective immediately from May 4, 2026.
The appointment is made by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, replacing Shri Sanjay Lohiya on the board.
Dr Dermal brings over 27 years of administrative experience and deep expertise in mineral policy and critical minerals.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations 30, confirming no relationships with other directors.
