Strategic Initiative: Angul Aluminium Park Investor Roadshow
NALCO, in association with Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO), organized a Roadshow on Angul Aluminium Park in Kolkata to showcase investment opportunities in downstream and value-added aluminium manufacturing.
Key Initiative Details:
- Angul Aluminium Park Private Limited (AAPPL) is a joint initiative of NALCO and IDCO established at Anugola in Odisha
- The park aims to create a world-class destination for downstream aluminium industries
- Provides access to key industrial infrastructure including industrial land, reliable power and water supply, road connectivity, and R&D and testing facilities
- Strategically located with molten metal corridor and ready availability of land, water and energy
- NALCO will provide 50,000 tonnes of hot metal annually at a discounted rate to park investors
- The roadshow was attended by over 250 representatives from investor community, industry associations, and stakeholders
Strategic Significance:
- Aims to bridge India's import gap of nearly USD 4 billion worth of high-finish aluminium products
- Focus on enhancing production, greater value addition, and building strong downstream ecosystem
- Expected to foster innovation, generate employment, and strengthen India's aluminium value chain
- Part of national vision of building Viksit and Atmanirbhar Bharat

Dividend Details:
- Total dividend paid for FY 2025-26: ₹2,112.12 crore (230% on Equity share of Rs. 5/- each)
- Government of India's share: ₹1,083.06 crore - the highest-ever dividend paid by the Company
- Dividend includes three interim dividends and a final dividend
- Dividend cheque handed over to Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Hon'ble Union Minister of Coal & Mines
Financial Performance FY 2025-26:
- Profit After Tax: ₹5,815.76 crore
- Robust performance reported for the fiscal year
