Nandan Denim Ltd board approved acquiring a 6.1% equity stake in Opera Vayu (Narmada) Private Limited for ₹4.00 crore.
The investment enables the company to procure 4.3 MW of wind & solar power at competitive rates for 25 years.
The acquisition is part of a captive power arrangement to reduce power costs at its Bareja plant.
