Nanta Tech Limited incorporated TRN India Private Limited, a new robotics and AI subsidiary, on April 24, 2026.
Nanta Tech holds a 51% stake in the subsidiary with an investment of ₹5.10 lakhs, while MD Mayank Jani holds 49%.
TRN India will focus on R&D, design, and commercialization of robotics, AI, and automation technologies across multiple industries.
The incorporation was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulation 30.
