Purpose and Terms of Collaboration
The MoU establishes a collaboration for joint design, development and contract manufacturing of robotic products marketed under Nanta Tech's Allbotix brand.
Aimtron Technologies Private Limited will manufacture, assemble and test robotic products jointly designed and developed by both parties in accordance with mutually agreed engineering specifications, designs and quality standards.

The parties anticipate manufacturing orders with an indicative aggregate value of approximately ₹310 crore over a period of 15 months. This value is subject to individual purchase orders and mutually agreed commercial terms. The indicative value represents expected business potential under the proposed collaboration.
Intellectual Property Arrangements
All intellectual property, including product designs, software, firmware, trademarks, patents, and other related rights remain the exclusive property of Nanta Tech Limited. Aimtron Technologies will manufacture the products exclusively for Nanta Tech.
