The Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved and recommended to the Members the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Term of Appointment
The proposed term is for five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting to be held in 2027 till the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held in 2032.
Reason for Change
M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company, will complete their second term of five consecutive years at the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting and will retire at that meeting. In terms of Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, they are not eligible for re-appointment after completing two terms.
Effective Date
The appointment will be effective from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Members at that meeting.
