Narmada Gelatines Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming board meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 in Jabalpur. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The board will also review the Limited Review Reports of the auditors on these financial results and address other businesses. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all Insiders, including Directors, Employees, and Other Connected persons covered under the code.
