Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd. has intimated BSE Limited about a scheduled Board of Directors meeting to be held on Thursday, 15th October, 2026. The meeting is being conducted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The primary agenda for the board meeting includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
- Any other business as may deem necessary with the permission of the Chair
The company had previously intimated on 26th September, 2026 about the trading window closure. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st October, 2026. This closure is for the purpose of the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2026.
The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ending 30th September, 2026 become generally available, specifically after declaration of these Results to the Stock Exchange.
All Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the closure period.
