Mr. Gnanadeva Chalapathy Gudipati brings rich experience in resolving complex technical problems supporting corporate goals using scientific innovation, project management, leadership, and ingenuity. His expertise includes exposure to corporate operational/technical aspects, technical due-diligence, internal and external audits, technical write-ups, and out licensing. He has successfully developed complex injectable portfolio for the organization by developing complex analytical methods and validating those methods. Prior to joining Natco Pharma Limited, he worked with Mylan Laboratories Limited. He holds an Executive Programme in Operations Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Institute of Chemical Sciences, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Mr. Madhava Rao Karicherla is an innovative and performance-driven pharmaceutical professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in global generic product development, ANDA filings, project life cycle management, operations management, procurement strategy, quality management, budgeting, team management, and people management across the pharmaceutical industry. He has expertise in pre-formulation and formulation development of Oral Solid Dosage forms (OSD's) including immediate release, modified release, and fixed-dose combinations. He has experience in implementation of first-to-file patent non-infringing strategies for USA and European markets and exposure to patents and patent infringement analysis to design patent non-infringing ANDAs for regulated markets. He has been associated with Natco Pharma Limited since 15th November, 2024. Prior experience includes Sandoz India Private Limited, Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited, Stabicon Life Sciences, Laurus Labs Limited, Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals, Aurobindo Pharma Limited and Ranbaxy Research Laboratories. He holds a Master's of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology, Formulations) from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Mohali, India (2003) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Osmania University, India (2001).
