Share entitlement ratio is 1:1 — one equity share of Natco Crop Health Sciences (face value ₹2) for every one share held in Natco Pharma; Agrochemicals turnover was ₹60.62 crore, or 1.48% of FY2025 total turnover.
Board also approved incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in Nigeria (investment up to USD 100,000) and liquidation of Natco Pharma Australia Pty Ltd by end of September 2026.
