Natco Pharma Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Friday, November 13, 2026. The board will consider two main items of business:
1. Consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 2026 (Q2 FY27)
2. Consideration of the declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year ending March 2027 (FY 2026-27), if any

The closure period is from October 30, 2026 to November 15, 2026 (both days inclusive). The trading window will reopen on November 16, 2026.
