National Standard Appoints Walker Chandiok Auditor

National Standard (India) Limited appoints M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as new statutory auditor for a five-year term effective FY 2026-27.
Current auditor M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP retires after completing two consecutive five-year terms at the forthcoming 63rd AGM.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on Audit Committee recommendation and is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Board meeting held on April 17, 2026 approved the auditor change through a 30-minute session concluding at 18:00 IST.
