Natura Hue-Chem Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding the appointment of new statutory auditors. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, approved the appointment of KCMG & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 009518C) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and serves two purposes:
- To fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of the previous auditor, Batra Deepak & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 005408C), which became effective September 1, 2026. This interim appointment is subject to member approval and will last until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
- For a full term of 5 (five) consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The effective date of the Board's approval and recommendation is September 2, 2026. The appointment is being made pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
