Naturo Agrotech India appointed Mahendra Soni as an additional non-executive independent director effective April 22, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendations.
Mr. Soni holds a B.Com degree from Rajasthan University and holds no shares in the company.
