Naturo Agrotech India appointed Mr. Mukesh Manveer Singh as an additional executive director effective May 19, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendations.
Mr. Singh holds a B.Com degree from Rajasthan University and holds no shares in the company.
