Nava Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations, specifically Regulation 30, regarding the resumption of operations at its Ferro Alloys Plant (FAP).

The company references its previous communication dated March 30, 2026 (Letter No. NAVA/SECTL/514/2025-26), which intimated a temporary shutdown of the two furnaces at its Ferro Alloys Plant located at the Odisha Works. This shutdown was for scheduled proactive maintenance.

The disclosure confirms that the planned critical maintenance activities have now been successfully completed.

During the furnace shutdown period, the company's 30 MW Captive Power Plant (CPP) at the same Odisha Works location remained operational. This CPP pursued merchant sales of power, which helped sustain financial contribution despite the outage of the main production furnaces.

The company will resume operations of both furnaces effective from August 1, 2026. The operations will be resumed using captive power from the company's own power plant.
