Navin Fluorine International Limited has signed an agreement with India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) under the Ministry of Defence for the project "Indigenous Manufacturing of Sodium Borohydride Chemical in Bulk".

The agreement was formally announced by DRDO through their social media platform on July 30, 2026. Under the Technology Development Fund (TDF) Scheme, DRDO will provide grant-in-aid and technological support to Navin Fluorine for developing this technology.
