The company will make two dividend payments:

• Interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (75% of face value of ₹2 each) for financial year 2026-27
• Special dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (75% of face value of ₹2 each) for financial year 2026-27

Both dividends were declared by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Wednesday, 04th November, 2026.
