The discussion examined the High Speed Rail (HSR) corridor as a catalyst for economic growth and regional development. Participants included senior government officials, industrialists, lawyers and academicians. The panel described the HSR project as a “once‑in‑a‑lifetime transformation,” emphasizing its potential to drive large‑scale urban renewal, brownfield redevelopment, and integration with the city’s heritage. Expectations of real‑estate developers and the need for coordinated multi‑stakeholder involvement were also highlighted.
