Nazara Acquires 1.36% Stake in Rusk Media

Nazara Technologies signed a Share Subscription Agreement on March 30, 2026 to subscribe to 1,278 Pre Series C CCPS of Rusk Media Private Limited.
The total cash consideration is ₹14.99 crore, representing a 1.36% fully diluted stake, bringing Nazara's total holding in RMPL to 7.62%.
Rusk Media, a Media & Entertainment company, reported FY2025 turnover of ₹81.39 crore, up from ₹39.49 crore in FY2023, showing strong revenue growth.
The investment aims to create a scripted reality esports/gaming content universe targeting Gen-Z, with Nazara holding exclusive monetization rights on the resulting IP.
