Purpose of Board Meeting
The Board of Directors will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Trading Window Restrictions
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed for all Designated/Connected persons and their immediate relatives. The closure began on July 1, 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting outcome, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
