The disclosure confirms that all approvals and formalities required for the commencement of employment of Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) have been completed. This follows the company's previous disclosure dated August 3, 2026 regarding his appointment.
The Board of Directors passed a resolution through circulation on September 16, 2026, determining and recording September 16, 2026 as the effective date of appointment of Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer as CEO and KMP of the company.
Concurrently with Mr. Stauffer's assumption of office, Mr. Nitish Mittersain ceased to hold the position of CEO of the company with effect from the close of business hours on September 15, 2026. Mr. Mittersain continues to serve as Managing Director and KMP of the company.
