NBCC (India) Limited has been engaged as Project Management Consultant by the Government of Republic of Seychelles for housing works.
The project involves planning, design, and procurement of 1,008 affordable housing units with associated infrastructure including a sewage treatment plant.
The USD 75 million project will be funded by EXIM Bank under its Line of Credit (LoC) scheme.
