NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded an e-auction for the sale of commercial built-up space at its Bharat Business Park project located in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.
The total area sold is approximately 7.08 lakh square feet.
The total sale value realized from this e-auction is approximately ₹2,857 crore.
As part of the transaction, NBCC will receive a marketing fee calculated at 1% of the total sale value.
