NBCC Signs MoUs with HUDCO for Redevelopment and Funding

NBCC entered two MoUs with HUDCO on April 11, 2026, for collaboration on urban development projects.
First MoU covers redevelopment of 18,830 sqmt August Kranti Bhawan plot in New Delhi with NBCC providing project management.
Second MoU involves HUDCO funding NBCC's self-sustainable model projects in exchange for consultancy services.
Partnership aims to expedite project execution and enhance asset value in urban infrastructure development.
