NCLT Approves Choice Wealth-Arete Capital Amalgamation

NCLT Mumbai approves the amalgamation of Choice Wealth Private Limited with Arete Capital Service Private Limited effective from April 1, 2025.
Shareholders of Choice Wealth will receive 92 Arete Capital shares for every 100 shares held, consolidating operations under common management.
The scheme was unopposed, with no pending investigations or material litigation against either company, and all regulatory observations were addressed.
The order directs compliance with income tax, GST, and stamp duty provisions, and transfers all employees and liabilities to the surviving entity.
