NCLT Approves Clean Coats Birlanu Limited Merger

NCLT Mumbai allows Clean Coats' application for a scheme of amalgamation with its parent company Birlanu Limited.
The scheme, with an appointed date of 11.11.2025, aims to achieve operational synergies and simplify the corporate structure.
No consideration will be issued as Clean Coats is a wholly-owned subsidiary; its entire share capital will be cancelled.
The Tribunal directs notices to regulatory authorities and dispenses with shareholder and creditor meetings.
