NCLT Approves ITC-Sresta-Wimco Amalgamation Scheme

NCLT Hyderabad issues a corrigendum order to rectify typographical errors in its prior amalgamation approval order.
The scheme involves the amalgamation of Sresta Natural Bioproducts and Wimco Limited with ITC Limited.
The original order dated 16.04.2026 approving the scheme remains substantively unchanged.
The Kolkata Bench of NCLT also approved an identical petition for the scheme on 20.03.2026.
