NCLT New Delhi sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of IAC International Automotive into Lumax Auto Technologies with an Appointed Date of October 1, 2025.
All regulatory authorities including SEBI, Regional Director, Official Liquidator, and Income Tax Department raised no objections to the scheme after clarifications.
The scheme aims to achieve operational synergies, cost savings, and greater financial strength through the consolidation of both entities.
Upon effectiveness, IAC International will dissolve without winding up, and all its assets, liabilities, and employees will transfer to Lumax Auto Technologies.
